These days you hear the words Conspiracy and Theory used together … mostly to do with 9/11 – but that’s another story.
What most people are not aware of is that there are more people brought to Jail on conspiracy Charges than any other charge.
The simplest explanation of a conspiracy I can give is this :-
When two or more people agree or plan to commit any unlawful act, it is a conspiracy.
Remember It is NOT a crime; the Crime is to be decided when they have been brought to court to face the charge of conspiracy to commit a crime.
After the simple definition here is the Wikipedia definition :-
- Conspiracy (civil), an agreement between persons to deceive, mislead, or defraud others of their legal rights, or to gain an unfair advantage
- Conspiracy (crime), an agreement between persons to break the law in the future, in some cases having committed an act to further that agreement
- Conspiracy (political), the overthrow of a government
The Cyprus conspiracy is all three – rem0val of government (3) , steal lands and legal rights of someone (1) and preplanning years in advance (2).
The theory aspect is true in all cases, conspiracy or not , until the facts are found to fill in the gaps of knowledge.
